Hello! And welcome to my blog. I am excited to share my experiences with others in hopes to shed light on certain issues that may be difficult and controversial. My goal for this add is to help others gain knowledge and receive support on mental health issues.
One of the post important issues to me is that of Miscarriage and Infertility. I truly believe that with my education and personal experience with this issue, I can help others understand what women go through when it comes to infertility and miscarriage.
Although one of my passions is helping women, I am also a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the Chicago Land Area. I provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy. I also do trainings for corporations and employers on mental health issues, prevention, and crisis intervention.

This is a blog that is based on personal and professional experience, knowledge, expertise, and opinion. This blog is intended to get the word out on mental health issues. I will use this blog to help me be the voice for women who have suffered infertility and miscarriage and the negative reactions they receive from friends, family, and employers.
